Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red color with evident garnet hints, good consistency.
Limpid, with a bright purple red color with evident, coherent garnet reflections.
Broad and intense olfactory aroma. The dry floral notes are contrasted by intense hints of dark berry fruit, reminiscent of blackberry, blueberry and dried plum. Followed by aromas of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub and embellished with notes of toasted hazelnut and cinnamon.
The sip is pleasant, with a firm but not aggressive tannin and overall smooth. Good olfactory taste persistence with a strong fruity note of blackberry.
