Tasting Notes
Clear, not very intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, consistent.
The sample, on the nose, is of fine quality, intense and complex in the variety of scents: floral, fruity, spicy and toasted. Floral scent of red rose and poppy, followed by fruity hints of cherry, blackberry and blueberry jam, spicy notes reminiscent of vanilla and nutmeg; closure with roasted cocoa powder and cigar box.
The taste is fresh, with an important, intense and persistent tannin of fine quality.
It is recommended in combination with grilled scamerita with black cabbage.
