The history of the Zorzettig family began over a hundred years ago, in post-war Friuli, when the vine began to be planted again on the hills of Spessa, in the heart of the Colli Orientali del Friuli. The production of the first bottles began about 70 years ago, in full industrial development but the turning point for the family came about thirty years ago, when the three brothers embarked on independent paths through three distinct brands. Giuseppe linked the family name to the company brand and, together with his wife Antonietta and his children, he managed to create a solid company, known not only in Friuli but also outside the regional borders.
