Tasting Notes
Crystalline, straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, consistent.
Sample with an intense and quite complex olfactory range: floral, fruity and mineral. Hints of fresh flowers such as hawthorn and orange, yellow-fleshed fruits such as melon, apple and peach, salty notes.
On the sip the sample is balanced in its parts, intense and persistent enough, with a citrus aftertaste.
It is recommended in combination with seafood fregola.
