Tasting Notes
Clear, intense ruby red color, with garnet textures, of good consistency.
On the nose the sample shows floral notes reminiscent of a potpourri of withered red flowers, followed by hints of small dark berries such as blackberry, currant and durone cherry; hints of sweet spices such as cardamom and vanilla close the olfactory bouquet. Delicate licorice nuance.
In the mouth the sip is full, opulent, characterized by a perfect, soft tannic texture. Spicy and balsamic notes are highlighted, but the long finish is a scent of ripe fruit.
It is recommended in combination with grilled meat.
