Retention period: 10-15 years.
Vinification: the grapes coming from areas with very low yield and in specialized cultivation, are subjected to soft pressing and the must thus obtained is clarified by decantation. The vinification continues with alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (20-22 ° C) in stainless steel containers. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 8-9 months in oak barrels, paying particular attention to the conservation and evolution of the “noble lees”, with frequent handling.

Tasting Notes
In the glass the sample is clear, with a lively golden yellow color with amber reflections, consistent.
The nose is very intense, fruity hints of apricots and figs emerge, exotic notes of date and ripe mango. Delicate musty notes, but also hints of honey and candied fruit and nuances of saffron.
The sip is elegant, never cloying, the acid shoulder is good. Sample of great persistence, velvety with an exotic fruit finish.
It is recommended as a meditation wine.
