Tasting Notes
Brilliant, straw yellow color with golden textures, consistent.
The nose highlights its finesse in its bouquet of floral hints of yellow rose and fruity hints of peach and almost candied citrus fruits, dried apricot and a nuance of almond.
The nose is silky, soft, never cloying. Its sweetness invites a new taste, of long persistence.
It is recommended in combination with a fruit tart.
