Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with golden reflections, of moderate consistency.
The nose shows floral, fruity and herbaceous notes. Hints of white flowers reminiscent of hawthorn and lily of the valley, yellow-fleshed fruits such as peach and pear, aromatic herbs and Mediterranean scrub.
On the palate the sample is well balanced in its parts, the sip is particularly fresh and persistent, with a herbaceous aftertaste.
It is recommended in combination with a Catalan of prawns.
