Tasting Notes
Clear, ruby red in color tending to garnet, consistent.
Fairly complex sample where the following hints are highlighted: floral, fruity, spicy and toasted. Notes of slightly dried red rose, berries such as black currant and cherry, black pepper and cinnamon, toasted almond and hazelnut, balsamic note of eucalyptus.
The olfactory taste test confirms what is evident on the nose. Sample with a good tannic texture, perfectly balanced in its components, with a good acidic shoulder and good persistence.
It is recommended in combination with stew in Barolo with polenta taragna.
