Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with an intense straw yellow color tending to golden, of moderate consistency.
Notes of yellow flowers on the nose, followed by hints of exotic fruits, but also nuances of sweet spices reminiscent of cinnamon and star anise.
The sip is fresh, well balanced and balanced, good persistence on the nose with an aftertaste of pineapple and mango.
It is recommended in combination with spicy dishes.
