Tasting Notes
Upon visual examination the sample is limpid, bright straw yellow in color, with a good consistency.
The nose is a scent of floral and fruity notes: white wild flowers and hints of white and yellow-fleshed fruit such as apple, pear and apricot. Delicate nuance of mowed grass in the finish.
On the palate it is fresh, fairly balanced in its parts, quite persistent and with a delicate mineral aftertaste reminiscent of wet slate, overall a fine quality sample.
It is recommended in combination with fried fish.
