Tasting Notes
Limpid, lively ruby red color with garnet reflections, consistent.
On the nose the sample is broad and varied in its scents: floral, fruity, spicy, toasted and ethereal. Hints of slightly withered red wildflowers, blackberry jam, blueberry and raspberry, black pepper, cinnamon, milk chocolate, coffee, sealing wax and a balsamic note of eucalyptus.
On the olfactory taste examination it is balanced in its components, not particularly tannic, intense, quite persistent and of fine quality.
It is recommended in combination with a platter of mature mixed cheeses.
