Tasting Notes
The sample is limpid, of a not intense garnet red color, consistent.
The bouquet of scents is intense and complex: floral, fruity, spicy and toasted. On the nose there are aromas reminiscent of a pot pourri of red flowers, notes of berries such as strawberry and raspberry, spicy notes of cinnamon and vanilla as well as toasting reminiscent of coffee beans and milk chocolate bar.
The sip is quite balanced, with a non-aggressive tannin. Overall a persistent and fine quality sample.
It is recommended in combination with pici with white rabbit ragout.
