Vinification: manual harvesting and sorting of the grapes in the cellar.
Aging: fermentation and aging for 18 months in carefully selected new French oak barrels. Further long aging in the bottle follows.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, intense ruby red color, consistent.
On the nose the sample is intense, complex and fine. The following hints are highlighted: floral, fruity, spicy and toasted. Notes of flowers such as slightly wilted red rose, red and black berry fruits such as blackberry and blueberry, nutmeg, black pepper, cherries in alcohol, chocolate powder, tobacco.
In the mouth the sample is opulent, perfectly balanced in its parts, with a good tannic texture. With a persistent and fine taste with an aftertaste of fine spices.
It is recommended in combination with stewed ossobuco.
