Tasting Notes
Crystalline, with a pale pink color with cherry reflections, quite consistent.
Sample with a bouquet of intense and quite complex aromas: floral, fruity and mineral. Clear aromas of marigold and orange blossom, followed by notes of peach and pomegranate, close light mineral hints of brackish and pumice stone.
On the sip the sample is fresh and fairly balanced in its components, the aftertaste is not very persistent, a delicate citrus note prevails, but overall it is of fine quality.
It is recommended in combination with baked sea bass with pattate and pachino tomatoes.
