Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with golden textures, of good consistency.
On the olfactory examination, the sample presents a fairly wide range of aromas: the main ones are floral and fruity. Notes of fresh acacia flowers, wrapped in an aroma of yellow-fleshed fruits, reminiscent of apple, apricot and peach. Delicate nuance of ripe tropical fruit.
The sip is very fresh, pleasant, where a pleasant sensation of tropical fruits prevails in the aftertaste. Overall a very fine and convivial wine.
It is recommended in combination with a seafood risotto.
