Tasting Notes
Crystalline sample, pale pink almost pearly, quite consistent.
The sample opens its fresh bouquet of aromas with notes of white rose, hawthorn and cyclamen, scent of yellow-fleshed fruits such as pear, peach, but also pleasant hints of citrus. The closure is with a spicy note of aromatic herbs.
The sip is pleasant, fresh and well balanced. In the mouth there are hints of citrus that accompany the tasting. A wine that invites conviviality.
