Tasting Notes
Crystalline, intense straw yellow color with light greenish reflections, consistent.
A wide range of its scents: floral, fruity, spicy and balsamic. The sample opens with persuasive notes of white flowers such as jasmine, broom and mimosa, followed by a fruity scent of yellow melon, apricot, but also intense notes of tropical fruit. Nuances of toasted spices. Balsamic closure of Mediterranean scrub and eucalyptus.
Balanced wine, very persistent for the type of grape. Pleasant and fresh on the palate.
‘This wine tastes like kisses on the mouth and summer evenings!’ Trudie Styler. I can only confirm what the producer said during the tasting.
It is recommended in combination with sea bream in a herb crust.
