Wine: Blue Festival Brut Reserva
Alcoholic strength: 11,5% vol.
Vintage: s.a..
Classification: D.O. Cava.
Variety composition: Macabeo, Parellada, Xarel·lo.
Serving temperature: 5°-6°C.

Tasting Notes
Brilliant straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage.
On the nose there are floral, fruity and herbaceous hints. Hints of fresh white flowers, followed by hints of white and yellow fruit reminiscent of pear, peach and apple. The herbaceous notes of the cut grass close the range of aromas.
The sip is fresh, the aftertaste of slightly overripe fruit is quite persistent, fairly balanced in its components, overall of good quality.
Recommended in combination with a seafood risotto.
