Berlucchi '61 Satèn - Guido Berlucchi
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Berlucchi ’61 Satèn
Variety composition: 100% Chardonnay.
Alcoholic strength: 12,5% vol.
Classification: Franciacorta D.O.C.G.
Serving temperature: 6°-8° C.

Tasting Notes
Brilliant, straw yellow in color with evident golden reflections, with a rich and creamy froth with a fine and persistent perlage.
On the olfactory examination it is opulent, with a particularly rich and well defined range of scents. Floral notes accompany delicate hints of yellow paste fruit, candied citrus fruits, strong notes of shortcrust pastry, close mineral hints with nuances of caramelized almonds.
The sip is balanced, with good acidity and freshness. The aftertaste is very pleasant where notes of citrus and hints of butter are mutually integrated. A real treat for the palate.
It is recommended in combination with spaghetti with clams.
