Tasting Notes
In the glass the sample is clear, of a very intense ruby color with small garnet textures, consistent.
The nose gives an intense hint of red fruit jam, accompanied by scents of licorice and a balsamic nuance.
The sip shows a good structure, with a well-smoothed tannin, and an important alcoholic texture. A delicate balsamic note remains at the end.
Tried in combination with a grilled steak.
