Wine: Vermouth 18/70
Variety composition: 100% Barbera d’Asti.
Alcoholic strength: 16% vol.
Classification: Barbera d’Asti DOCG.
Serving temperature: 8°-10° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, intense ruby red color, consistent.
On the olfactory examination it gives addictive hints of spices and officinal herbs, accompanied by hints of red berried fruits.
In the mouth it is velvety and opulent, perfectly balanced in its parts (bitter and sweet component), very persistent with an aftertaste of herbs and ripe fruit.
It is recommended in combination with dry pastries.
