Tasting Notes
With a lively, clear texture, with a very intense, consistent ruby red color.
The nose has a scent of fruity and spice. It opens with hints reminiscent of a potpourri of red flowers, to give way to a whirlwind of red and dark berry fruit aromas, such as black cherry and plum jam notes. The range of aromas is completed by important notes of sweet spices such as vanilla and cinnamon sticks.
On the palate it is fresh and with a long persistence of spicy notes. Perfectly balanced, with its softness it is a caress for the palate.
It is recommended in combination with a mixed grill of pork and beef.
