Tasting Notes
Limpid, quite intense robin red color, good consistency.
On the olfactory examination, its bouquet of aromas is broad and complex. In addition to floral notes, the fruity scents are varied and well defined: blackberry, cherry and plum are the main hints. There are also hints of cigar boxes and delicate nuances of sweet spices where vanilla and cinnamon emerge, with a note of balsamic herbs in the finish.
The sip is important, the balance between hard and soft parts is good. There remains, however, a tannin not yet perfectly smooth, which with greater refinement, will be able to express itself in its entirety. I recommend leaving it in the cellar for a while longer, to be able to appreciate it in its harmony.
A wine with interesting potential.
Tried in combination with grilled meat dishes.
