Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a lively ruby red color with evident purple reflections, consistent.
It opens with floral hints of geranium and violet, followed by hints of small dark berry fruits such as blackberry and currant, closing hints of spices reminiscent of white pepper.
On the palate the sample reveals all its structure. Sapidity and an important tannin give a sip with an aftertaste of ripe fruit of great persistence.
Champion expression of the territory, to be accompanied with traditional Sicilian dishes: cheeses and roast meats. A wine to be appreciated in everyday life.
