Tasting Notes
In the glass it is crystalline, with a bright straw yellow color, of good consistency.
The nose offers intense scents with a fairly complex bouquet, but of fine quality. It is the fruity scents that open the olfactory examination, the floral component just mentioned, it is the fresh fruit with white and yellow pulp that inebriates the taster, accompanied by hints of herbs from the Mediterranean scrub.
The sip is pleasant, not very persistent, but overall of good quality. The fruity component remains with a delicate nuance of wild fennel in the finish.
Pleasant sample that goes well with dishes based on seafood crudités.
