Wine: Blanc
Variety composition: Bourboulenc, Grenache Blanc, Ugni Blanc, Vermentino .
Denomination: Luberon AOC.
Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2022.
Serving temperature: 8°-10° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with a pale straw yellow colour, quite consistent.
Sample with a fairly complex range of aromas, where hints of fresh white field flowers stand out, intertwined with aromas of fresh white and yellow fruit where the scent of peach prevails with notes of apple and pear. Closing with a decisive citrus note.
The sip is very fresh, the acidity is good and the aromatic persistence of citrus is discreet.
A wine to be drunk young, to accompany an appetizer of fresh cured meats and a dish of shellfish.
