Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a lively ruby red color with evident purplish reflections, consistent.
The nose opens with a wide spectrum of floral, fruity and spicy scents, intense and of fine quality. Hints of fresh red flowers, accompanied by hints of small red and dark berries, with a finish of sweet spices such as vanilla and cloves.
In the mouth the sip is fresh, corroborated by a good well-smooth tannic texture. Good taste-olfactory persistence with a soft hint of ripe fruit reminiscent of plums.
A wine that goes well with meat dishes and seasoned cured meats.
