Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw-yellow color with clear golden reflections, good consistency.
The olfactory examination offers a wide range of scents, of fine quality and good intensity. In addition to delicate floral notes, the sample opens with important hints of ripe white and yellow pulp fruit, as well as citrus notes such as grapefruit and lime. The closure is mineral, with marked notes of iodine and herbs of the Mediterranean scrub.
The sip is fresh, with a marked acidity and freshness. The aromatic taste persistence is good, which in addition to giving the typical hints of the vine, is enriched by a mineral aftertaste.
Tasted in combination with a seafood carbonara.
