Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense, consistent ruby red colour.
The olfactory examination offers a riot of fruity scents ranging from small red berries reminiscent of currants and blackberries, to intense notes of dried plum and cherries, as well as obviously fresh floral notes. Closing with a light note of spices.
In the sip there is correspondence with what is perceived on the nose, the tannin is silky, soft, very pleasant. Good aromatic taste persistence. In addition to the ripe fruit, it is the vanilla note that completes the tasting.
It goes perfectly with spicy dishes, but also with grilled beef.
