Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon
Variety composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Denomination: Columbia Valley – Washington State.
Alcoholic strength: 13,5% vol.
Vintage: 2017.
Serving temperature: 15° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red color with evident purplish reflections, of good consistency.
On the olfactory examination it is complex, with fairly intense and overall fine scents. It opens with floral notes reminiscent of a potpourri of red flowers, accompanied by hints of small dark berry fruits such as blackberry, raspberry and currant, completing the sensory range of notes of toasted hazelnuts and Kentucky tobacco.
The sip is velvety and enveloping, although not supported by an important tannic texture. Balanced and with a good persistence, it gives an aftertaste of ripe fruit and a slight sensation of eucalyptus.
Ideal for particularly spicy meat dishes.
