Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a lively ruby red colour, consistent.
It opens with floral scents reminiscent of lilacs, violets and dog roses, and then releases aromas of red fruit and citrus fruits. Notes of black spices and hints of cigar box complete the olfactory range.
The sip is addictive, elegant with smooth and silky tannins. Good taste-olfactory persistence which gives an aftertaste of ripe fruit and fine spices.
A wine for a special moment, a Syrah that always amazes.
