Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with evident golden highlights.
The range of aromas is quite intense and of good quality. It opens with delicate hints of white and yellow flowers, associated with a fruity scent of nashi pear, pear and pink grapefruit with pleasant citrus aromas. Hints of oriental spices complete the examination.
On the palate it is balanced, fresh and lively. Good olfactory taste persistence of citrus fruits, which gives a pleasant and invigorating sensation of pleasure.
