Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a very intense ruby red coat, almost impenetrable, consistent.
The olfactory bouquet is broad, intense and of fine quality. It opens with floral hints reminiscent of a pot pourri of red flowers, followed by intense hints of small red berries intertwined with persuasive scents of spices and powdered chocolate. It ends with a delicate balsamic note.
The sip is rich, opulent, supported by an important tannic texture, well smoothed and silky. The balance of the various components is almost perfect, giving a persistent aftertaste of spices and hints of undergrowth.
An elegant and structured wine, an expression of the terroir of origin.
