Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red color with very light purple highlights, with good consistency.
On the nose it opens with delicate floral notes intertwined with intense hints of red fruit such as blackberry and blueberry. The wide range of aromas is completed by hints of spices such as cinnamon and vanilla, the scent of liquorice root and a light balsamic nuance.
The sip is warm, round, balanced in its components, supported by an important but well-smoothed tannin. Good olfactory taste persistence of ripe fruit.
