Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a lively light ruby red color with imperceptible garnet hints, with good consistency.
The nose opens with a rich and varied bouquet of aromas. The floral notes of lavender, gerbera and geranium are intertwined with intense hints of red currant, black cherry and dried cranberries. Followed by hints of spices such as pepper and cinnamon, embellished with puffs of wet lava stones.
The sip is enveloping and juicy, supported by a delicate acidity. The tannin is delicate, the aromatic taste persistence is good and gives a long finish of ripe fruit and spicy spices.
