San Rocco 19 2021 - San Rocco
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: San Rocco 19
Variety composition: 100% Syrah.
Denomination: I.G.T. Costa Toscana rosso.
Alcoholic strength: 14,5% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an almost impenetrable ruby red colour, with good consistency.
The nose opens with delicate floral notes reminiscent of geranium and violet, intertwined with intense hints of red berries, ripe strawberries and a nuance of black cherry. A note of hot spices completes the olfactory range.
The sip is rich, with silky tannins and an almost perfect balance. Good aromatic flavor persistence which gives a long finish of almost jammy fruit.
