Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with very light greenish highlights, with good consistency.
The olfactory bouquet is broad and of fine quality. It opens with floral notes of jasmine and bergamot, followed by fruity hints of fresh citrus, pink grapefruit. The complex olfactory range is completed by a nuance of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub and an important mineral note.
The sip offers a caress for the palate. A sample of great elegance and freshness, it gives the taster a delicate aftertaste of toasted almonds.
A wine that is an expression of the territory of origin, a pleasant discovery.
