Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a very intense ruby red color, good consistency.
With a broad, fine and overall intense olfactory range. The floral notes are contrasted by intense fruity hints of red plum, small red berries and addictive hints of morello cherries in alcohol. The olfactory bouquet is completed by enveloping notes of fine woods and puffs of cocoa powder.
The sip is important, supported by a well-smoothed tannic texture and a delicate, but persistent, aftertaste of ripe fruit and elegant toasting.
