Champagne Le Meunier de la Vallée Brut – Champagne Michel Tixier

Champagne Le Meunier de la Vallée - Champagne Michel Tixier
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Champagne Le Meunier de la Vallée Brut
Variety composition: 100% Pinot Meunier.
Denomination: Champagne AOC Brut.
Alcoholic strength: 12% vol.
Vintage: SA.
Dosage: 8 g/l.
Serving temperature: 8° – 10° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with an intense golden yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage.
On the nose it presents the traditional floral and fruity scents of the vine. On the nose, the fruity notes of small, slightly sour berries prevail, aromas of candied apple and at the end a delicate nuance reminiscent of orange peel.
The sip is simple, linear, but overall balanced with a fairly persistent aftertaste of fruit.
