Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a very intense ruby red color, almost impenetrable, consistent.
With a great olfactory impact, it offers hints of peony and violet, to then develop addictive notes of dark berry fruits that recall currants, blackberries and dried plums. The wide olfactory baggage is completed by hints of sweet tobacco, coffee powder and grated chocolate bar.
The taste is rich, enveloping, fresh, with a well-smoothed tannin. Its acidity gives the taster a bracing taste, with a persistent fruity aftertaste.
