Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red color with evident purple reflections, consistent.
The nose expresses a bouquet of scents wide and of fine quality. The floral notes are followed by notes of ripe fruit where the scent of cherry prevails. The olfactory range is completed by notes of undergrowth and notes of fine spices such as vanilla and cocoa powder.
The sip is rich, well balanced in its components, with elegant and soft tannins. Good persistence of taste and smell that gives an enveloping aftertaste of sweet spices. A caress for the palate.
