Tasting Notes
Brilliant, with a bright straw yellow color, with an intense, persistent and elegant perlage.
Its aroma is enveloping and broad. Notes of fresh white flowers are followed by fruity notes of white peach, rennet apple, and plum. The bouquet is completed by hints of bread crust, small pastries and, in closing, a balsamic nuance.
The sip is elegant. Sapidity and freshness give a rich, enveloping and satisfying sip. Good aromatic taste persistence with a delicate fruity aftertaste.
