Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a straw yellow coat with evident greenish reflections.
The olfactory bouquet is of fine quality. It opens with delicate floral notes reminiscent of acacia and lily flowers, embellished with delicate notes
of fresh white and yellow pulp fruit. A nuance of vanilla and pastry in the finish completes the range of aromas.
The sip is enveloping, with personality. Sapidity and freshness give an elegant and very pleasant sip. Good persistence of aromatic taste of citrus and aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub and a nuance of almond in the finish.
