Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a dazzling straw yellow color with light greenish textures.
On the nose it offers a broad bouquet of fine quality. The delicate floral notes are followed by notes of ripe white pulp fruit: apple and pear. The wide and varied olfactory range is completed by hints of aromatic herbs, toasted dried fruit and a nuance of iodine in the finish.
The sip is particularly structured and enveloping. The alcoholic component is discreet, well balanced by the freshness and flavor. The result is a sip of great pleasure with a fairly persistent herbaceous aftertaste with iodine puffs.
