Tasting Notes
Crystal-clerar with an intense straw yellow color tending towards golden, with good consistency.
On the nose it expresses all its elegance and pleasantness: floral notes intertwine with fruity notes that recall the rennet apple and the coscia pear. The olfactory range is completed by hints of aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub and, in the finish, a nuance of flint.
The sip is well balanced, full-bodied, with an important and persistent aftertaste of toasted almond and balsamic puffs.
An elegant wine that expresses its territory of origin.
