Barbaresco Basarin 2021 - Adriano Marco e Vittorio
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Barbaresco Basarin
Variety composition: 100% Nebbiolo.
Denomination: Barbaresco D.O.C.G..
Alcoholic strength: 14% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 18° – 20° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red color with evident garnet textures, good consistency.
On the nose it is a real triumph of aromas: varied and intense. It opens with floral notes of wild violets and hints of rose petals. Followed by aromas of fruit jam, notes of undergrowth and hints of sweet spices and a nuance of licorice root.
The sip is important, supported by an important but well-smoothed, almost silky tannic texture. Good balance between the various components, corroborated by a persistent aftertaste of fruit and fine spices.
An elegant wine, an expression of the territory of origin.
