Wine: San Clemente Terre di Casoria Riserva
Variety composition: 100% Montepulciano.
Denomination: Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Riserva D.O.C.G..
Alcoholic strength: 14% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red color with purple reflections, consistent.
It opens to the nose with delicate floral notes, followed by intense hints of red pulp fruit in alcohol. The range of aromas is completed by notes of spices such as cumin and licorice root, embellished with scents of sweet tobacco and chocolate powder.
The sip is rich, well balanced in its parts. Good tannic texture, which is well smooth and silky. A persistent aftertaste of ripe fruit and a delicate balsamic note complete the examination.
