Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a very intense and deep ruby red color, good consistency.
On the nose it presents a wide olfactory range, of fine and intense quality. It opens with delicate hints of small berries, embellished with important notes of spices such as cloves and freshly ground black pepper. The bouquet of aromas is completed by notes of toasting and a delicate balsamic nuance at the end.
The sip is sweet, perfectly balanced with its flavor. Good persistence of taste and smell, which gives an aftertaste of fruit and spices that invite, with their pleasantness, to repeat the sip.
