Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Duezerosette Millesimato
Variety composition: 100% Ormeasco.
Denomination: Spumante Metodo Classico Millesimato.
Alcoholic strength: 12,5% vol.
Vintage: 2016.
Serving temperature: 6° – 8° C.

Tasting Notes
Brilliant, salmon pink in color enhanced by a fine and persistent perlage.
The nose opens with hints of rose petals and peach blossoms, followed by intense fruity notes of blackberries, raspberries and wild strawberries. The olfactory range is completed by addictive notes of bread crust accompanied by mineral hints and sweet spices.
The sip is very fresh. Its salty finish gives pleasure thanks also to a delicately fruity aftertaste. An undoubtedly very elegant sip.
